Devon’s hospitality industry thrives due to Devon’s fantastic produce, we boast an incredible 25 Michelin Star restaurants including: Michael Caines’ at Lympstone Manor (Exe Estuary), the Pig at Coombe (East Devon), Gidleigh Park and Bovey Castle on Dartmoor and Borringdon Hall (Plymouth) and the longest standing Mason Arms (North Devon). With the industry also supporting cookery schools and courses.

Interesting Facts: More than half of the organically farmed land in the UK is located in the West Country and Devon produces over one third of the UK’s milk.
