Tubers offers people the chance to create great video and meet like minded people with interests in video production, gaming, animation and technology through inspiring and engaging hands-on training.
Alongside video production they operate a commercial video studio, producing video content for brands and businesses. They even run birthday parties for groups looking to create fun video content, explore virtual reality or just take advantage of their deluxe gaming suite!
The five year old business is based in Exeter and Torquay and employs 10 people, both part and full time, including academy managers, commercial content creators and academy mentors.
The company was created by Nick Ellison in 2016 after Nick spent 7 years running a social media marketing and video production business. Nick decided to turn his attention to a younger generation of creators that needed him more than local businesses and Tubers Academy was born. The company has grown month on month and has now delivered video production training, mentorship and safeguarding for hundreds of children across South Devon.
The best thing about running Tubers Academy in Devon is being able to operate a business that would hold its head up high in any major city, but be operating in the most beautiful part of the country.
